Customer service is seriously lacking. When i scan XRP/XLM QR in cold wallet Coinbase and Binance tell me wallet address is invalid yet when i copy and paste wallet address from the app the transaction works no problem. Ive asked about this and no responce from customer service in over a week.

I am sending my message again because I have not received a reply from you about my queries. It has been more than two weeks since I posted the first of my messages and Chinese New Year is over by the way!
I bought a Ellipal Titan for its air-gapped feature. But, because of a lack of response from you (not the first time I must say), you're making me think about switching back to my Ledger Nano. I can see on Reddit that many other disappointed buyers are having similar complaints and queries to mine.
I am going to submit a review of the Ellipal Titan soon. I will say, "It is an interesting device but with many unresolved issues - If you are thinking about buying one, please note that the customer service is VERY SLOW to NON-EXISTENT (sometimes more than two weeks before you get a reply, if any). I therefore do not recommend an Ellipal Titan for this reason and instead, go for the safer options - either a Trezor or a Ledger. Those companies will never ignore their customers.
I am being fair, right? You know you need to improve on the customer service front, don't you?
If you cannot answer my queries below, or don't want to, please tell me if I can send my Ellipal Titan back to you and get my money back.

This product is better thank most of the hardware wallet I have. The only issues, they need to add more tokens on it. For security standpoint this wallet is on fire. As an IT nerd myself I really love the peace of mind of this wallet. It will be impossible to hack. Love it

I received my Ellipal Titan Bundle in timely manner once my purchase was processed. I was and still am very happy with my purchase. I was nervous at first being this wallet my first. I was surprised at how easy the set up was and look forward to loading more cryptocurrency into my Ellipal Titan wallet without having to worry about connecting with usb cables or bluetooth.

I haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on the important stuff but I will say that it is beautiful, elegant and seemingly sturdy. I’m looking forward to using it. My only complaint is that the space in the mnemonic plate is not enough for an entire seed word unless it’s only 4 letters long. I’ll have to use something else but I really like the mnemonic plate pkg too! It arrived quickly as well!

The envelop you have sent the device in hat two holes wenn I have received it. The packaging was slightly squashed, however, the device itself was unharmed.
You guys should consider using boxes instead of envelopes.
Software:
I think the Ellipal App would benefit greatly from some extra security...
You guys should utilize fingerprint reader, pattern or a pinn to improve the security.

I’ve had a few problems with the Ellipal titan. My ADA and BTC accounts come up missing at times . Then they appear once I contact the ellipal team. So there’s some sort of issue .

Setup instructions should have come with it. Unsure if I successfully transferred keys from the app to the cold wallet. Online instructions are sketchy and vague. I love the intuitive method of creating backup words.

I have sent over $650 in BTC and LTC from Coinbase to my ellipal wallet, after confirming that it was the right address. Coinbase said both of the transactions completed the same day, and the blockchain search confirmed the same. It has been more than 50 hours and I still haven't received it. Would not recommend

it's very easy to use, the touch screen feels like a mobile phone, so basically you don't need to learn anything to use it, compared to ledger, it is much friendly to beginner. After downloading the Ellipal APP, all the thing I need to do is to connect my wallet device to the app, and it is synchronized. Everything works great, this is a wonderful product!

Great cold wallet! Nice and compact. Would prefer a larger size but this size works okay.
Set up was somewhat quirky as the instruction type was very small to read. A nice brief user's manual with larger print would be nice. Make it available via download.
The mnemonic case is nice, but would prefer it to be made to hold all the letters instead of 4 letters. Its would still be secure. It could also be larger. Makes it easier to read and handle.
The charging port and connection is easy to use and a good idea, but the magnetic connector is filmsy as it comes loose to easily. Becomes annoying when using the Titan and charging at the same time.
Consider a different charging system and SD card set up. A new set up can be done safely and economically.
Overall, the Titan is a great cold wallet for the price. The interface does not require a long learning curve as it is intuitive. I would eagerly pay more if the next Titan, version II, includes the features I mentioned above.

Need some instructional vids on the website. There are plenty available but they are all amateurs. A professional vid would be appreciated. Also a downloadable .pdf of instructions would be helpful. Otherwise, it is the most affordable QR interface cold storage wallet out there. So far, so good.

I ordered it 11 days ago and still has not even shipped, This might be an amazing hardware waller, I wouldn't know though since they never bothered sending it, only made a DHL waybill. If you need a hardware wallet your better going with a company that actually ships the product, days of back and forward messages with no resolution. exceedingly disappointed with Ellipal.

Keeping CryptoCurrency Safe is the most important thing when you are in this market, "Not your keys, Not your currency". The Ellipal Titan was a great purchase, you want to have something safe but not so complicated to use that you miss that opportunity when your currency rises or you just want to move it. The Titan is great at this and I highly recommend it. Next is how quickly I received my purchase, it took less than a week to arrive and everything was packaged very well for an overseas journey.
